Wallet Deduction Policy:
Contact numbers are only visible after mutual acceptance and sufficient wallet balance or active package status.
The applicable amount is deducted automatically from both parties when contact details are accessed.
Mandatory Service Fee:
In case a marriage is successfully finalized through our platform, a fixed service fee per profile is applicable as per our policy.
Non-Refund Policy:
All payments made to the wallet are non-refundable.
Users are advised to carefully review profiles before making acceptance decisions.
Transaction Responsibility:
Users must ensure that payment details are entered correctly.
Rishta Hay is not responsible for errors made during bank transfers or delays caused by financial institutions.
